By using WP in EU hosting services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

WP in EU provides free WordPress hosting services exclusively to residents of the European Union for educational and learning purposes.

3. Eligibility

Our services are available to:

Legal residents of any European Union member state
EU citizens living within EU territory
Students studying in the EU
Individuals with legal residence status in EU territory

One account per person is permitted to ensure fair access for all eligible users.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our services only for:

Educational and learning purposes
Personal portfolio development
Non-commercial projects
Web development skill building

5. Prohibited Activities

You may not use our services for:

Commercial activities or business operations
Illegal content or activities
Spam, malware, or malicious software
Copyright infringement
Adult content or gambling
Resource-intensive applications that affect server performance

6. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the security of your account credentials
All activities that occur under your account
Regular backups of your data
Keeping your contact information current
Account must be active in past 30 days or we have right to terminate it because of inactivity

7. Service Limitations

Our free hosting service includes:

1GB NVMe SSD storage
Unlimited bandwidth (fair use policy of 100GB per client applies if needed more will be provided more)
One domain per account
Standard support through community channels

8. Data and Privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy and comply with GDPR regulations. All data is stored in EU data centers and processed according to European privacy laws.

9. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in activities that harm our service or other users.

11. Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided “as is” for educational purposes. We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use of our services.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
